Handyman Cost:
Handyman services will be charged
by the hour. The first hour will be $80.00 then
$65.00 after that with a 2 hour minimum ($145.00
minimum cost). The time charged is in 15 minuet
increments at $16.25. At the time of booking clients
simply list their requested projects. When our handyman
arrives you may give more specific instructions
about what you would like done. If materials are
needed, a list will be suggested for the client’s
approval and the handyman will purchase materials
and charge for the cost of the materials and charge
for 1 hour of service for picking up the items needed.
Get the most from your Handyman
Service:
Make a written list of the
items you would like to get completed. To save on
some hourly cost, you can shop for custom items
you think are needed or would like installed. Have
the areas where work is to be done cleared out before
your handyman arrives.
Estimate:
For handyman service, we do
not visit the job before the scheduled appointment.
So there is no contract price. All work is done
at an hourly cost. When you make an appointment,
we can give you a good idea of how long a similar
job took. When the Handyman arrives at your home,
he may give you an updated estimate of time for
the project.
