When remodeling your bathroom,
there are so many options to consider. Just to mention
a few, do I just replace the plumbing fixtures,
maybe I just need to up date the vanity and vanity
top or do I need a total remodel of my bathroom.
A total remodel is where we remove everything, plumbing
and electrical fixtures, vanity, flooring and wall
finishes down to the studs. Another thing to consider,
is do I want to move some fixtures. This may mean
to move the shower to where the toilet is and the
toilet to where the shower is.
Some bathrooms are just to
small. Most older homes have a standard 5 feet by
7 1/2 feet room. What can be done is to rob a little
room from an adjacent room or closet to enlarge
the existing bathroom.
Once your bathroom is remodeled,
you will have a more functional room that will provide
you daily comfort as well as potentially increase
the value of your home.
